We require a copy of your health insurance card to send it along with your specimen for laboratory processing. It is your responsibility to verify the insurance plan and coverage. EZ Draw Mobile Phlebotomy is a self-pay convenience service.
After specimen is collected, your phlebotomy takes it to the nearest lab of your choice. If a specialty kit/ package needs to be sent out via Fedex/UPS we mail it out the same day.
You will receive your results from the ordering physician.
